Terms & Conditions
Availability & package prices are subjected to change without
prior notice. The above packages and prices are per person and
minimum 2 to travel, single supplement charges apply or unless specified
minimum requirement numbers of pax. Air fare/taxes are not included.
All divers must present their dive certification card and/or dive
log book for verification. Please note some Live on Aboard require
participants to pay fuel surcharges, port fees which is not included
in the package price
above. Discharged of Liability:
Ocean2u (S) Pte Ltd and its associates, act only as service provider
to make bookings for all our clients. We accept no responsibilities
for injuries, damage, accidents, loss, delay, theft, quarantine,
immigration regulations, strikes, changes in itinerary, deportation
or refusal of entry by immigration that may caused to the traveler
or property. Operator reserves the right to alter any arrangements in the
itinerary as deemed necessary or in the case of Force. Operator
also reserves
the right to cancel any tours or any part of the itinerary for
any reasons including insufficient number of participants, weather,
logistics, mechanical, etc
Booking Procedure:
Reservation can only be confirmed upon receiving
20% Non-refundable deposit.
Name as of Passport is required for flight reservation. Payment mode:
Cash, Cheque or Credit Card.
